All Cabernet Sauvignon from the estate vineyard, William Hill's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve offers up ample notions of cassis and cedar (18 months in 71% new French oak will do that), yet it remains nicely elegant, with floral hints as well as cherries, dark chocolate and black olives. Full-bodied but silky and accessible, it should drink well for a decade or more.
